Fête des Mères, Act II

Yesterday was the official Mother's day in France. So we spent a lovely picnic at zoo de Vincennes


and after we went to Foire du Trone to enjoy some ice cream and rides

Guess who was shooting a film 500 meters away from our apartment yesterday ?

Or Rowan Atkinson, I should say...
We waited half an hour just to see a scene where he was walking up Avenue de la Grande Armée in the middle of traffic. Nothing very spectacular nor funny !
The film "French Bean" is expected to be released next year...

Solid Food

Today we've given Elodie some solid food for the first time. She did not like the green been purée too much, bu she did not really complain... Etienne was happy to welcome his sister at the big table !

Fête des Mères, Act I

Last Sunday, it was Mothers Day in the US...
In Neulette, Stephanie got a cake and a beautyful drawing from Etienne !
But the real celebration will be in 2 weeks for the French "Fêtes des Mères"

My New Trick: Rolling Over

	Today I learned a new trick: I can roll over from my back to my tummy!! I keep doing it over and over, just for fun. A couple of times, I was able to roll from my tummy to my back too. I haven't mastered this skill yet so Mommy has to come help me when I get stuck on my tummy. It is a great game!!
