Done Deal!
Today we've officially joined the 57% of Californians and the 70% of Americans who own their home!
We closed escrow, the sale was registered by the county and our mortgage kicked in !
Funny how "escroc" in French means "crook" and "mort" means "death".
I really hope that the seller is not a crook and that we won't have to pay back our loan until our death!!!

comme j'ai vu la maison,j'imagine que tous les 4 et tous ceux qui y seront vos hôtes, y couleront des jours agréables... j'ai hâte de profiter de la chambre d'ami et des orangers, mais il faut être raisonnable, ce ne sera pas pour tout de suite: en attendant, il faudra que je me contente des souvenirs heureux de mon passage à gleneeden way
